ChainPulse Intelligence (“the Service”) provides supply chain news, market signals, and business intelligence for informational purposes only. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

All content on ChainPulse, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data compilations, analysis, and software, is the property of ChainPulse Intelligence or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from ChainPulse Intelligence.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ChainPulse does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Market signals, freight rates, risk scores, and suggested actions are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any business, procurement, or operational decision.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChainPulse Intelligence, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
